How it works (and why it’s worth your time).
Applying for a foster animal can sometimes be a little frustrating! At some point you may have wondered… ”if there are so many pets that need fostering then why is there no one responding to me?”
The truth is that there are a LOT of applications, but not all of them well thought out. Some families jump to the idea of fostering without taking the time to seriously consider what it takes to bring a pet in their homes for a few weeks. On the other hand, Animal Shelters are sometimes under resourced and rely on volunteers, making it really hard and time consuming to go over each application.
This is where we come in!
We have developed a central application that is accepted by a number of Animal Shelters. Once you fill out the application and assuming you meet the basic criteria, one of our volunteers will contact you for a video interview. After the successful completion of that interview your profile will be “verified” and will be ready to be accepted by our partner Animal Shelters.
